Sushi is low FODMAP at typical servings (Rice, fish, nori, cucumber).

Plain sushi (rice, fish, nori, cucumber, a little avocado) is low FODMAP. The risks are sweetened sauces, honey or HFCS in the rice, tempura, and onion or garlic in spicy and marinated fillings.
