Delete your account and data
You can delete your Unsibo account and everything we hold about you at any time. Here is how.
In the app (fastest)
Open Unsibo, go to Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data right away.
Can't open the app?
Email privacy@unsibo.comfrom the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify it is you and delete your account and data within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
What gets deleted
Your account and all of the data you logged, including meals, symptoms, bowel movements, medications and supplements, meal timings, phase and challenge results, and the insights we computed from them. We also direct the service providers that host our data to delete it.
What we keep, and for how long
We retain only a minimal record that consent was given, and only for as long as the law requires, after which it is deleted. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you are not deleted, because they are no longer linked to you.
About your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately in your app store. On iOS: Settings, then your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. On Android: the Google Play Store app, then Subscriptions.
