Made for people with SIBO
You're not imagining it.
SIBO is unpredictable, exhausting, and badly understood, even by some doctors. Unsibo was built by people who live it, to help you spot what your gut responds to and walk into appointments with more than a shrug.
- Private health journal
- Non-diagnostic quiz
- Built for mobile
This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Stay close to your 4 to 5 hour rhythm.
Elimination, Reintroduction, and Personalization, day by day.
350+ foods, plus your personal tolerance.
Bloating, gas, pain, bowel patterns, and triggers.
The problem
When even doctors can't keep up with your symptoms.
SIBO is real. Your symptoms are real. Most apps, most doctors, and most people in your life still do not understand what living with it looks like day to day.
You hear "it is in your head"
Friends blame diet. Family blames stress. Some doctors send you home with nothing. You know something is wrong, and you are right.
Doctors are still catching up on SIBO
Even with a breath test in hand, you can leave a 15 minute appointment with vague advice and a long wait for the next one.
Symptoms feel random
Same meal, different day, different reaction. Foods, timing, sleep, and stress all interact, and your memory cannot hold weeks of it.
Generic apps do not speak SIBO
Calorie counters and streak trackers were not built for FODMAP, meal spacing, breath tests, or the days you can barely eat.
The solution
4 small surfaces, built around the SIBO daily reality.
Unsibo keeps the daily loop short, so you actually use it on the bad days too. Tiny logs turn into the patterns you have been trying to spot for months.
Meal rhythm
Spot the meals that leave you bloated.
A calm countdown shows how long until your next meal window opens, so the 4 to 5 hour rhythm stays visible without alarms or streak pressure.
- Countdown ring
- Quiet hours respected
- No streak pressure

FODMAP guide
A food guide that learns what is true for you.
Search safe, moderate, and high-FODMAP foods, then layer in your own tolerance as your logs build. The static lists never matched your body, this one does.
- 350+ foods
- Personal tolerance
- Similar safe foods

Patterns
Your patterns, finally visible.
Bloating, bowel changes, symptom timing, and likely triggers all sit in one timeline you can actually scroll through, no notebooks or guessing required.
- Trigger ranking
- 30 day journal
- Shareable PDF

Guides
The full FODMAP path, not a generic checklist.
Elimination, Reintroduction, then Personalization, each a guided run of short daily lessons you move through at your own pace. An Exercises library of gentle movement and breathing stays open for the days that need softer support.
- Elimination to Personalization
- Day-by-day lessons
- Exercises library

60 second self-check
5 questions a careful gastroenterologist might ask.
A short, honest reflection on your symptoms. Save your answers and bring them to your next GI conversation, the kind of specifics that turn a 15 minute appointment into a useful one.
Testimonials
From the people who actually live with SIBO.
Early testers walking a SIBO journey. None of these are medical outcomes, they are descriptions of using the app.
I stopped trying to remember everything. The timeline does it for me, and I show up to my GI with one clean view.
It does not nag. The countdown shows when the next window is close and that quiet nudge is enough.
The food guide reads like notes from someone who actually has SIBO. Personal tolerance is the part that finally clicks.
FAQ
The questions we hear most.
If you have a question that is not here, write to hello@unsibo.com. Real human on the other end.
Does Unsibo work without a confirmed diagnosis?
Yes. Many people start before they have answers. Unsibo is useful as a private journal while you wait for a breath test, an appointment, or a second opinion. It is non-diagnostic by design.
Is this a replacement for my gastroenterologist?
No. Unsibo is a daily guide for the SIBO journey, not a medical device. It is built to help you organize your own observations so conversations with a qualified clinician can be more specific.
I think I might have IMO or ISO. Does Unsibo cover those?
Yes. IMO (formerly methane SIBO) and ISO (hydrogen sulfide overproduction) overlap heavily with classic hydrogen SIBO in the daily-tracking part. The food guide, meal spacing, and symptom log work the same way. Sulfur burps and constipation patterns get special attention in the tracker because they often point toward these specific bacterial patterns.
Which diet protocol does Unsibo follow?
Low-FODMAP at launch, because it has the most research behind it (Monash). The food guide includes the safe, moderate, and high levels for 350+ foods, plus your personal tolerance learned from your logs. Other protocols (Cedars-Sinai, Bi-phasic, SSD) may be added later as options, not as one-size-fits-all recommendations.
Can I share my log with my doctor?
Yes. Unsibo exports a clean PDF called My Digestive Journal with the last 30 days of meals, symptoms, bowel patterns, and medications. You can hand it over in print or send it ahead of an appointment. The PDF stays on your device, no cloud copy.
How is Unsibo different from a generic food tracker?
Calorie counters and habit streaks were not built for SIBO. Unsibo is. The meal-spacing ring, FODMAP food guide, Bristol-scale bowel log, symptom timing tracker, and trigger ranking are all designed around the way SIBO behaves day to day, not how a generic wellness app frames eating.
How is my data protected?
Your logs are yours. No advertising pixels on health screens. Account data sits behind row-level access controls. You can export everything as a PDF or delete your account permanently from inside the app. The longer version is on the Privacy page.
