Terms of Service

1. The Service

Unsibo is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The Service helps you log meals, symptoms, bowel movements, medications you have chosen to take, and routines you have chosen to follow, and surfaces pattern-matching reflections from your own data.

2. Not medical advice

The content, tools, trackers, and AI-generated reflections in the Service are for educational and informational purposes only.

• Unsibo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Using the Service does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
• Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.
• Never disregard, or delay seeking, professional medical advice because of something you read in or learned from the Service.
• In a medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service (or older where required by local law). The Service is not designed for, and is not directed at, children under 16. We will block account creation when the date of birth provided indicates a user is under 16.

4. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• Use automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Unsibo a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (eg. to compute correlations, generate summaries, sync across your devices).

Your health data is special-category data and is processed under the explicit consent you provided during onboarding. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. AI features

The Service may include AI-generated reflections, summaries, or food and symptom analyses. These outputs are computed from your logged data and are pattern-matching reflections, not medical advice. AI outputs:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
• Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• Should not be relied upon for medical, dietary, or lifestyle decisions.
• Are subject to the same disclaimers as the rest of the Service.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Certain features require a subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings (iOS or Google Play) or in your account. Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk to us or other users.

When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our systems (with limited exceptions for legal compliance, including the consent log retained for accountability under GDPR Article 7).

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. UNSIBO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

UNSIBO IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. THE SERVICE DOES NOT DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR CONDITION. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS WILL VARY.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNSIBO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. UNSIBO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS, ILLNESSES, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SERVICE.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction listed in the published version at launch. Any dispute will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection law applies.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the Service and give you the opportunity to review them before they take effect.
