Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy describes how Unsibo collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's SB370. It applies to residents of those states, and we extend the same protections to all of our users.

1. What is consumer health data

Consumer health data is personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. For Unsibo, this means the health information you choose to log.

2. Categories of consumer health data we collect, and why

We collect the following only when you choose to log it, for the sole purpose of providing the tracking and pattern insights you ask us for:

  • Symptoms you record (type, severity, notes)
  • Meals and foods you record
  • Bowel movements (Bristol scale, urgency, notes)
  • Medications and supplements you choose to track
  • Meal spacing and timing
  • Phase selections and reintroduction challenge results
  • Breath-test results, if you enter them
  • Health data you choose to sync from Apple Health or Health Connect (sleep, HRV, weight, menstrual cycle)
  • Patterns and insights we compute from the data above

3. Categories of sources

  • Directly from you, when you log entries in the app
  • From your device, only the health data you choose to sync

4. How we share consumer health data

We do not sell your consumer health data, and we seek no authorization to do so. We do not use or share it for advertising or marketing. We share it only with the service provider that hosts and operates the app on our behalf, under a contract that requires the same protections:

  • Category of third party: cloud hosting and database provider. Specific provider: Supabase (United States), to store your account and logs so the app works across your devices.

We have no affiliates with whom we share consumer health data.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Confirm and access the consumer health data we hold about you, and obtain a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared it.
  • Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
  • Delete your consumer health data. When you do, we will delete it and direct our service provider to delete it too.

Exercise any of these rights in the app (Settings, then Privacy or Delete account), at unsibo.com/data-deletion, or by emailing privacy@unsibo.com from the address on your account. We respond within 45 days. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our response. Washington residents may also file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General.

6. No geofencing

We do not use any geofence around a healthcare facility to identify or track you, to collect your consumer health data, or to send you health-related messages or advertising.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is material, notify you before it takes effect. We will not collect, use, or share your consumer health data for a purpose not described here without your consent.
