Sweetened condensed milk is high FODMAP and best avoided during the elimination phase.

Milk reduced and sweetened, so its lactose is concentrated. A teaspoon to sweeten a drink may pass, but a normal dessert pour is high. Lactose-free condensed milk is the baking swap.
