Taro is low FODMAP at typical servings (1/2 cup cooked (75g)).

A starchy root that is low FODMAP at a normal serving of about half a cup cooked, climbing in GOS only at very large amounts. Cook it thoroughly and treat it as a starch alongside rice or potato.
