Skyr is high FODMAP and best avoided during the elimination phase.

A strained Icelandic cultured dairy, thick and high in protein. Straining lowers the lactose, but standard skyr still carries enough to read high at a normal bowl, so reach for a lactose-free version if you want skyr by the cup.
