Canned pumpkin puree is low at about a third of a cup (75g), then climbs in fructans and GOS, so a full half-cup is already moderate. Make sure the can is 100 percent pumpkin, not pre-sweetened pie filling. Easy stirred into oats or soup at a third-cup serving.
