Is paneer low FODMAP?
Paneer is moderate FODMAP, safe in limited portions (Safe to a small portion (~40g)).
A fresh Indian cheese curdled with lemon or vinegar, which removes much of the lactose. Small amounts are generally fine; it holds more lactose than aged hard cheeses, so keep curry portions moderate or use a lactose-free paneer.
