Is mustard greens low FODMAP?

Mustard greens is low FODMAP at typical servings (1 cup (75g)).

Mustard greens are low FODMAP and an easy peppery green, raw or cooked. They are high-sulfur, like other brassica greens, so hydrogen sulfide (ISO) patterns can keep portions moderate. Lovely braised or wilted into dal.

SIBO note

Watch this one for Hydrogen sulfide SIBO (ISO). Mustard greens contains sulfur compounds, and hydrogen sulfide (ISO) patterns can be more sensitive to these, especially in larger servings.
