Mustard greens
Is mustard greens low FODMAP?
Mustard greens is low FODMAP at typical servings (1 cup (75g)).
Mustard greens sit on Monash's low-FODMAP shopping list and are an easy peppery green, raw or cooked. They are high-sulfur, like other brassica greens, so ISO patterns can keep portions moderate. Lovely braised or wilted into dal.
SIBO note
Watch this one for ISO (hydrogen sulfide overproduction). Mustard greens contains sulfur compounds, and ISO patterns can be more sensitive to these, especially in larger servings.
