Kohlrabi
Is kohlrabi low FODMAP?
Kohlrabi is low FODMAP at typical servings (1 cup (75g)).
A round brassica stem that tastes like a mild, sweet broccoli stalk, good raw or cooked. Low FODMAP across normal and even large servings. As a cruciferous vegetable it can be a little gassy for some.
SIBO note
Watch this one for ISO (hydrogen sulfide overproduction). Kohlrabi contains sulfur compounds, and ISO patterns can be more sensitive to these, especially in larger servings.
