Broccolini
Is broccolini low FODMAP?
Broccolini is low FODMAP at typical servings (1/2 cup (70g)).
Monash tested broccolini: half a cup (70g) is low, with the heads carrying the excess fructose, the opposite of regular broccoli where the stalks do. Larger servings climb. The stalks are the more generous part here.
SIBO note
Watch this one for ISO (hydrogen sulfide overproduction). Broccolini contains sulfur compounds, and ISO patterns can be more sensitive to these, especially in larger servings.
