Is pad thai low FODMAP?

Pad thai is high FODMAP and best avoided during the elimination phase.

The rice noodles, peanuts, egg, and fish sauce are all fine, but the sauce and stir-fry base lean on garlic and shallot. A safer build swaps those for garlic-infused oil and scallion greens, with a maple, fish-sauce, lime, and tamarind sauce free of onion.
