Is marshmallow low FODMAP?

Marshmallow is moderate FODMAP, safe in limited portions (Safe to 4 to 5 regular size).

Plain marshmallows of sugar, gelatin, and egg white are low FODMAP at about 4 to 5; larger amounts climb, and versions made with high-fructose corn syrup or sorbitol are best avoided.
