Is dumplings low FODMAP?
Dumplings is high FODMAP and best avoided during the elimination phase.
The wheat wrapper is low FODMAP at a normal count, but the pork and cabbage filling is built on onion and garlic. A safer build fills with pork, Napa cabbage, ginger, and scallion greens, no onion or garlic, and keeps to about 8 wrappers.
