Corn flour is low FODMAP at typical servings (2/3 cup (100g)).

Corn flour and cornmeal are low FODMAP at about 2/3 cup, useful for baking, coating, and flatbreads like arepas. Note that in some countries cornflour means cornstarch, which is also low FODMAP.
