Dried figs is moderate FODMAP, safe in limited portions (Safe to 2/3 of one fig (20g)).
There is a small low serving, about two-thirds of one dried fig, so a little chopped into a dish is fine. A whole fig or two crosses into high on fructans, so portion it out rather than snacking from the bag.
