Is diet cola low FODMAP?
Diet cola is moderate FODMAP, safe in limited portions (Safe to 1 can (375ml)).
Diet cola is sweetened with aspartame and acesulfame K, not polyols or sugar, so it is low FODMAP unlike regular cola, which Monash re-tested high in fructans. The carbonation can still add bloating for some, so go by your own comfort.
