Malt vinegar
Low FODMAP (Safe)2 tbsp (40g)
Is malt vinegar low FODMAP?
Malt vinegar is low FODMAP at typical servings (2 tbsp (40g)).
Malt vinegar tests with no real FODMAP load, so the usual splash on chips or in a dressing is fine. It is brewed from barley but the trace gluten is very low, so check elsewhere if you are strictly gluten-free.
