Energy drink is moderate FODMAP, safe in limited portions (Sugar-free is safe to 1 can (250ml)).
Sugar-free energy drinks use low-FODMAP sweeteners and sit within a can. Versions sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup carry excess fructose, so check the label and lean on the zero-sugar can.
