Is za'atar low FODMAP?

Za'atar is low FODMAP at typical servings (1 tsp to 1 tbsp).

The traditional blend is sumac, thyme or oregano, toasted sesame, and salt, all low at culinary amounts with no onion or garlic. A few commercial versions add garlic, so check the label if buying a jar.
